(Registration Form)

Monday:  1st and 2nd grade/3rd and 4th grade
Tuesday:  HS Girls, HS Boys, Mens, Womens
Wednesday:  Coed Adult, Family League
Friday:  5th and 6th grade, 7th and 8th grade, HS Coed

Registration fee is $500 for a team or $65 for an individual for 8 games and a single elimination tournament. Adult leagues play with 7 players and youth with 8 players. Family league must have 4 adults (14 & Older + 4 youth players 8-13 years old). You may roster up to 15. Awards will be given to the tournament winner (limit 12).
